Existing deals and documents remain available. Only actions that increase limited usage are blocked, with a direct path to review plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
How do organisation seats work?
Small Team is capped at three seats. Growth and Scale include a starting seat count, then charge a clear monthly fee for each additional seat up to the plan maximum — so the base price is only the starting point.
When do monthly allowances reset?
Imports and AI credits reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC.
